How do I reserve a rental?
A. Simply select the rental dates and the type of equipment needed, and our available inventory will display. Select the items you'll need and click the "Rent Now" button. Finally, click on "Checkout" and fill out the information boxes. That's it!!

What does my quoted rental price include?
A. The quoted rental price for all of our items includes carrying case, power adapter if applicable, and any cabling or instructions needed for setup.

How do I return the equipment?

A. Yes. We do require a major credit card to reserve equipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

Is the equipment insured at all during the rental period?
A. No. The equipment is only insured during transit both ways if delivery was provided. You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period. You will be billed for any damage caused to the machine during your rental period.

Is there a discount for bulk rentals?
A. Yes. Please contact us via the contact form for details. Discounts are made on a case by case basis, and are determined by our current inventory levels.
